This is an Otari MTR-10C high speed reel to reel machine. It does 7.5, 15, and 30 ips It has been cleaned and tested and specs out good on all 3 speed with the MRL NAB test tapes. It is biased for Ampex 456 and comes with Manual, power cord, 1 takeup reel and the NAB hold downs. This machine sounds and operates like new. It has a few scratches It has had the ruber armrest replaced and a new splice block . it has the smoothie heads and they are about 80%
